All products sold by Sora Studio are, unless otherwise stated, handmade or handcrafted items. Due to the artisanal nature of production, each item may present slight variations in shape, finish, texture, or detailing.

These variations are not considered defects but are part of the uniqueness of handmade production.

3. Product Representation

We make every effort to display product images as accurately as possible. However:

• Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to lighting, photography, and different device displays.
• The final product may differ slightly from product photos due to its handmade nature.

Sora Studio is not responsible for minor differences between product images and the final delivered item.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock issues or suspected fraud.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-made products — including but not limited to fabric selection, embroidery, personalized designs, and made-to-order adjustments — are produced specifically according to customer specifications and cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.
