1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following condition:

The item is not custom-made (no custom fabric selection, embroidery, or personalized modifications).

Standard, non-custom items may be eligible for return if they are unused and in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-made products
Items with fabrics selected by the customer
Embroidered or personalized pieces
Made-to-order products

These items are considered final sale.

3. Condition of Returns

For eligible returns (non-custom items only):

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Must include original packaging (if applicable)
Returns must be requested within 14 days after delivery

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Handmade Disclaimer

As all products are handmade:

Minor imperfections or variations are expected and do not qualify as defects.
Slight differences in stitching, embroidery placement, or fabric tone are part of the artisanal process.

These characteristics are not grounds for return or refund.
