If you change your mind on a standard (non-custom) item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. We just ask that it's unworn and in the same condition it left us. Return shipping is on you unless the mistake was ours.
Every custom piece — chosen fabric, embroidery, made-to-order — is made specifically for you from scratch. Because it can't be resold, we can't accept returns on custom orders.
That said: if your custom item arrives with a defect or we made an error, we'll remake it. That commitment doesn't change.
Every piece is sewn by hand in Koh Samui. Small variations in stitching, fabric grain, or embroidery placement are part of what makes each one unique — not something we'd consider a flaw. If you're ever unsure before you order, just ask us.
